Jesse let me know before my dropoff appointment that his area had been hit by the bad storm in sa friday night and the shop didn't have power. He postponed my appointment a few hours, grabbed a generator for the shop, and was still able to get my Talon fat tire ebike ready to roll that day! Thanks for making it happen same day! Great crew and really appreciated the honest communication.

After reading reviews and researching I made an appointment to drop off my sons e scooter due to inner tubes going flat. It was a Friday and I was able to pick it up today. About a week and a half so I can not complain. This is a side business to from what I saw a very busy auto shop. If you message they do respond. My 5 star comes from the customer service...it was excellent, the guys were so polite, explained what was best needed and very personable. When communicating and waiting super nice. I would use this service again. My son is happy to be back on his e scooter 🛴

Wonderful to work with! I had a sudden flat with my e-scooter, and had nu clue on even where to start on fixing it. Even the factory didn't have spare inner tubes in stock. But this place came in and did very well. Would recommend!

I had a really great experience with Electric Gato ⚡🐾. From the start, they were super friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to respond. You can tell they actually know what they’re doing and care about getting things done right. They took the time to explain what was going on with my scooter in a way that made sense, and I never felt pressured into anything. Just honest work and solid communication, which I really appreciated. Turnaround time was quicker than I expected, and everything came out exactly how it should. It’s honestly hard to find a shop that works on all kinds of PEVs and does it this well. Overall, just good people and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Electric Gato to others.

I needed a repair done for my wife's electric scooter. The rear tire was damaged due to a crazy long nail. The rear tube needed to be replaced. It was a bit short notice, but saw Electric Gato had fantastic reviews and gave it a try. Normally it's best to setup appointments online, but glad they were flexible and had the bandwidth to help with the scooter on the same day. Jesse was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of our needs. He took care of us within 1.5 hours from drop off and pickup total. For the tube replacement and labor totaled $75. They accept cash, tap to pay, debit/credit. They can also do custom upgrades and more. Highly recommend 👌
